Inspired to spark cross-industry conversation after observing she was using similar skills as a business consultant as when she was a probation officer, Michelle set out to find parallels in other industries, opening her diverse network to encourage others to do the same.

Michelle studied Psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder before earning her masters degree at Columbia University. She is a New York State Licensed Masters Social Worker and was a licensed drug and alcohol evaluator in the state of Colorado. She’s lived in New Zealand, volunteered in a Thailand orphanage, and can be frequently found wandering mountaintops.
